Matthieu Isaia is the Founding Partner of Alpha Global Consulting. Matthieu is from Monaco and studied in London and Los Angeles. Having lived and worked in Monte Carlo, Dubai, Los Angeles, London, and Prague, Matthieu brings a truly cosmopolitan and global perspective to his Business Development and Management perspective. He has been living and working in Dubai for over 10 years. Matthieu has over 20 years of experience in International Business Development, Management and Consulting, and Corporate Leadership. Leveraging his expertise across multiple financial and business sectors—Aviation, Private and Commercial Real-Estate Development, Investment and Transactional Relationships, Multi-Media Development, information and technology development and transfers—Matthieu has designed and executed successful business strategies at all levels of economic, financial, and corporate activity. For the past decade, Matthieu has provided the deep knowledge and forward guidance that has enabled firms from all around the world to successfully and profitably enter the Dubai and Middle East markets. Aaron “Sandy” Amacher is a Partner at Alpha Global Consulting, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at NorthStar Meta-Group Intl. Dr. Amacher has over 42 years of experience in the Leadership and Management of Information Technology Systems, Infrastructure Procurement and Acquisition, Redistribution and Logistics, Complex Systems Innovations, and International Security.
Dr. Amacher is a Master Logistician, Certified Program Manager, and a United States Department of Defense Material Acquisition Manager. Dr. Amacher has extensive experience in Corporate Management and Leadership and has held multiple positions as Board Member, Vice-President, President, and CEO. He has held positions with Lockheed Martin, Black and Decker, Rockwell International, as well as serving in an official US Government position.
Sandy is a logistics and supply-chain expert with extensive corporate and military experience. Operationalizing over 42 years of knowledge and experience, Sandy is able to introduce modern, creative logistic strategies enabling our diverse clients to solve many “impossible” supply and distribution challenges throughout the Middle East and world. In addition, Sandy is a pioneer in designing and implementing environmentally sustainable logistics and industrial base systems.
Dr. Nicholas Dungey specializes in Modern and Postmodern Political Philosophy, International Relations, and American Foreign Policy and Security Issues. He holds Several Academic Positions:

He is the author of, Franz Kafka and Michel Foucault: Power, Resistance, and the Art of Self-Creation (Lexington Books, 2015). He has also published extensively on Martin Heidegger, Jacques Derrida, Michel Foucault, Friedrich Nietzsche, Thomas Hobbes, and William Shakespeare.
Dr. Dungey is the recipient of multiple, Distinguished Teaching Awards, and in 2006 was nominated for the prestigious Carnegie Foundation’s “US Professor of the Year” award. He is currently the subject of a full-length documentary film about his Research and Teaching Influence, titled False Happiness. He has appeared as a scholarly expert in multiple Films and Radio shows covering a wide variety economic, social, and political topics.
